Tale of Despereaux
We are always in need of new Book Group ideas for our 2 girls that will challenge them while still being age-appropriate. I think this book fits the bill nicely!
Our 8 year old and our 10 year old both enjoyed reading The Tale of Despereaux a lot! I have also read the book before and it’s one of my favorite children’s stories. It’s the perfect book and story line for their age and involves princes and princesses which makes it even more captivating for them.
Here’s the synopsis of the book from Amazon.
