If you have a hard time relaxing at night because of growing pains or mild cramping, I would also suggest taking a warm Epsom Salt bath. This helps relax the muscles for hours at a time which can help you get some much needed rest! A warm heating pad on your back may ease up cramping quite a bit as well.
